We collect information you provide when creating an account, booking tickets, organizing events, or contacting support. This may include your name, email address, profile details, registration answers, event information, and support messages.

We also process order details, payment references and status, ticket identifiers, and check-in records. Cookies and browser storage help maintain your session and checkout progress.

We use information to manage accounts, process bookings, deliver tickets, support event management, verify admission, send service updates, resolve support requests, and prevent misuse.

We process information as needed to provide our services, meet legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests such as fraud prevention. Where consent is required, we ask for it separately.

When you register for an event, the organizer receives information needed to manage your booking and attendance, including relevant registration answers and ticket status. Organizers are responsible for their own use of that information and must explain any separate uses.

The QwickTix check-in app is for organizers only. Organizers sign in using their email address and password to verify tickets and record attendance for events they are authorized to manage.

The app uses the camera to scan ticket QR codes. It does not store camera images. Ticket verification and check-in records are processed to manage event admission.

Attendees do not need to install the check-in app to present their tickets.

Payments are processed through Paystack under its privacy policy. QwickTix receives transaction information needed to track payments and bookings.

We also use service providers to support functions such as hosting and email delivery. Information may be disclosed where required by law or necessary to investigate fraud and protect users.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, manage disputes, prevent fraud, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on the information and its purpose.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy of your information, and object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it.
