QwickTix helps attendees discover events and book tickets, and helps organizers create events, manage registrations, and check in attendees. Provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.

Organizers are responsible for their event listings, ticket details, admission requirements, event delivery, and stated refund policies. Only publish events you are authorized to manage. Listings must not be misleading, unlawful, or infringe another person’s rights.

Review the event details, ticket price, and any displayed fees before completing your booking. Payments are processed through Paystack. A pending or failed payment does not confirm a paid ticket. Keep your ticket and QR code private to prevent unauthorized use.

The QwickTix check-in app is for organizers only. Organizers sign in using their email address and password to verify tickets and record attendance for events they are authorized to manage. Attendee information must only be used for legitimate event administration. Unauthorized access, sharing attendee information without permission or another lawful basis, and manipulating check-in records are prohibited.

Refund eligibility depends on the event’s disclosed refund policy and applicable consumer rights. For a cancelled or rescheduled event, contact the organizer or help@qwicktix.com with your booking reference. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable law.

Do not use QwickTix for fraud, fake tickets, unauthorized access, spam, or interference with the service. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse or protect users.

QwickTix supports QR scanning and manual check-in. If the service or internet connection becomes unavailable, organizers should have a backup guest list to manage admission.
